I had the wonderful opportunity to be invited to The Victorian House on Long Island, in East Moriches Historic District. Please check out their webiste at The Victorian House of East Moriches. The Inn keepers are just wonderful. They are so warm and welcoming! They also happen to be wonderful bakers, check out the buffet picture above. I got to sample a few of their home baked goodies and was quite impressed, not to mention they make the best coffee. Each room is exquistely decorated with antiques and Victorian Charm. Every detail is meticulously done for your convenience and enjoyment. The property is peaceful and breathtaking. It is hard to imagine your less that 1 1/2 hours from New York City.
